  • Contributing the C level and the board decision making processes by delivering actionable insights through advanced analysis of sales, costs and profitability to design Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain strategies.
  • Coordinating and supporting departments in alignment with C-level and Board directives, ensuring strategic execution and cross-functional efficiency.
  • Managing the inter-departmental projects by the behalf of upper management such as SKU Optimization, Idle Stock Project and 2030 Strategic Roadmap.
  • With SKU Optimization project, I delisted the under-performed 11% of SKUs without loss in turnover which increased the supply chain efficiency. The project also contributed to idle stock project by delisting the idle packaging materials in stock which also decreased the Cash Conversion Cycle.

  • We designed the future of branch offices for Türkiye İş Bankası with a realistic assumption of transition the regular banking operations from face to face branches to online channels.
  • We offered a set of creative solutions to utilize the use cases of branches like art studio, co-working spaces and cafe. With the project, we won the competition on the first place which awarded us a full - scholarship of MBA.
